Collaboration Agreements
As part of its R&D strategy, Scytl continues to enter into collaboration agreements with leading academic research centers and groups specializing in eVoting and eGovernment security. These research groups collaborate with Scytl on R&D tasks and projects, keeping Scytl in a leadership position in the industry. Examples of the research centers which maintain agreements with Scytl can be found below:
Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB)
As a spin off from this University, Scytl maintains a strong relationship that has led to several collaborations with theDEIC's cryptographic research group where Dr. Andreu initiated his research on e-voting security.
Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC)
The UPC SerTel cryptographic research group entered into a collaboration agreement with Scytl for giving support on e-voting and e-government security research.
International Teledemocracy Centre (ITC)
Napier University – Scytl and the ITC have been in contact since 2004 and are collaborating on an EU-funded project on e-democracy (eRepresentative).
Universitat Rovira Virgili (URV)
Scytl and the URV entered into a collaboration agreement in 2002. Since then, the CRISES cryptographic research group and Scytl have collaborated on multiple research projects.
Universitat de Lleida (UdL)
Scytl and the UdL cryptographic research group of the Mathematics Department entered into a collaboration agreement for jointly researching the application of new cryptographic algorithms on e-voting and e-government environments.
