Carlos Montes
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Carlos Montes is responsible for implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet business and organizational objectives, leading our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective.
Carlos has just joined Scytl in 2023. Prior to joining Scytl, he has accumulated an extensive experience managing huge projects in the world of IT. Over more than 30 years he has headed major applications development and maintenance contracts in complex, high-risk environments in Spain, Europe, South Africa, LATAM and Middle East, for leading clients in the energy, health, and public sectors, working for Accenture.
Carlos has also played the role of Quality Director, first in Accenture for the Public and Health Sectors in Spain, and second, Global Quality Director in Ayesa.
Carlos has a degree in mathematics from the University of Sevilla.
