Scytl Appoints Holger Taubmann as CEO

BARCELONA, Spain, March 5, 2018 – Scytl, the global leader in online voting and electoral modernization, today announced that it has appointed Holger Taubmann as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The current CEO Pere Valles has been appointed Chairman of Scytl’s Board of Directors.
Holger Taubmann is a senior executive with over 25 years of international experience in the technology space. Taubmann has spent most of his professional career at the Amadeus IT Group, holding various senior roles. His most recent leadership position being Executive Board member heading the global agency business which accounts for a large part of the Amadeus business.
After 14 years as Scytl’s CEO, Valles has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors with responsibility for the overall strategy of the group, investor relations, and governance. Valles will also continue to represent the company in industry forums and key strategic partnerships.
