Scytl and HP carry out the first binding election through the Internet in Latin America

The government of the Province of Mendoza (Argentina) has chosen Scytl and Hewlett Packard to carry out the first binding election through the Internet in Argentina and Latin America. Scytl and HP, with the collaboration of Telefonica Argentina, Datastar and the "Consejo Federal de Inversiones" (CFI), will provide their secure electronic voting technology for the election of the State Medical Association Board members. Over 15,000 doctors can participate in this election from 35 polling stations with computers connected to Internet.
