Scytl is delighted to have had an attendee at the Asia Centre’s 8th International Conference on Democracy and Elections in Asia, which was held in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 23-25. The conference’s aim is to foster conversation among leading researchers and advocates to address challenges to free and fair elections in the region.
This year’s event covered varying themes, including the impact of participation in elections, information and inclusion in elections, the role of social media in campaigning and the spread of disinformation, and youth participation.
