Scytl featured on a French TV report on e-participation

During the ‘8e Assises des TIC du Secteur Public’ in Nice, Jean Souto, Scytl’s Sales Director for the French speaking countries, was interviewed by R’public.TV about citizens’ e-participation. During this interview, Mr. Souto explained how ICT facilitates citizens’ involvement in public and community life and increases participation rates in citizens’ consultations.
