Scytl files international patent application for remote voter registration scheme

Scytl has recently filed an international PCT patent application to protect its new method to remotely and securely register voters. This method combines cryptography and biometrics to ensure the authenticity, integrity, privacy and non-repudiation of the voter registration information. The method will be applicable to countries that register its voters through the Internet, postal mail or any other remote means. This new method patented by Scytl represents a significant improvement for voter registration in terms of convenience, flexibility and security.
