During this year’s installment of Barcelona’s renowned Mobile Week, Scytl will be hosting a session focused on citizen participation and digital rights. The expert panelists include Adrià Rodriguez-Pérez, Scytl’s very own Public Policy Researcher, Mar Aguilera Vaqués, Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Barcelona, Yolanda Martín García, Head of Participation and Coexistence for the Sant Vicenç dels Horts City Council, and Victoria Gago, Co-Founder of the European Blockchain Conventions & European Tech School.
