Scytl launches new version of Pnyx with new advanced verifiability features

Scytl has recently launched a new version of its secure Internet voting solution Pnyx which includes new advanced verifiability features. These features will improve the overall transparency and auditability of the voting system by allowing voters, election authorities and third parties to verify the ‘recorded as cast’, ‘cast as intended’ and ‘counted as recorded’ of the electronic votes cast through the voting system. These features are the result of Scytl’s continuing R&D efforts and are protected through a portfolio of granted and pending international patents. This new version of the solution will be first used by the Ministry of Local and Regional Government of Norway in binding municipal elections.
