The leading Spanish-language global news agency, EFE, has announced the most outstanding emerging companies in 2015, which include Scytl, Wallapop, Jobandtalent and Cartodb.
2015 closed with a boosted startup investment in Spain, with increasingly emerging companies in the business landscape. Amongst them is Scytl, the worldwide leader in online voting and election modernization technologies. Scytl investments in 2014 grew to over $104M, “one of the most prominent figures of the sector in our country,” says Aleix Valls, the CEO of Mobile World Capital Barcelona (MWCB).
Since 2001 Scytl has actively participated in over 350 elections in over 40 countries. A significant electoral milestone to the closing of Scytl´s 2015 year was the success of the 2015 December Spanish General Elections, where Scytl provided the technology for a secure and timely election results tally and publication.
