Scytl participated in the international debate “Administrative and Security Challenges of Internet Voting”, which took place on February 7, 2019, at The Institute in Bucharest, Romania.
Onno van Dommelen, Scytl’s VP Strategic Accounts and Alliances, joined the afternoon panel entitled “The Technological Dimension of Internet Voting”. In his presentation, Onno discussed online voting adoption trends, shared best practices and tackled security aspects. The debate gathered together scholars, political figures and professionals from specialised institutions of the Government, various NGOs, and other e-voting company representatives from Romania and other countries.
The conference was organized by USR, the third largest political party in the Romanian Parliament and was moderated by Nicu Fălcoi, senator at USR.
