Scyt’s security technology enables the third legally binding referendum through the Internet in Neuchatel

The Swiss canton of Neuchâtel using Pnyx.core^TM , Scytl’s e-voting security module, carried out its third legally binding referendum through the Internet on November 27. Over 50% of the online registered voters participated in this legally binding referendum. The results of this consultation will be included in the report that the Federal administration will issue for the Federal Council regarding e-voting in Switzerland for 2006.
