SOE, a Scytl Company, participated in the “Future of Voting Systems Symposium”, a two and a half day event that took place on February 26 – 28th for interested members of the elections community to explore emerging trends in voting system technology. The symposium was sponsored by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) and the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The SOE team submitted two posters which were both selected for presentation during the symposium’s poster and demonstration session. Additionally, Michelle Shafer, SOE’s Director of Communications and External Relations participated in a panel session entitled “Voting System Manufacturers Look to the Future”.
