West Virginia awards a contract to Scytl to offer Internet voting

Scytl has been selected to provide Internet voting technology and services for counties in West Virginia. The State of West Virginia has enacted legislation to allow the use of pioneering technology to support U.S. military and civilian overseas voters. Voters will be able to cast ballots during the Primary and General Election cycle from their own personal computers throughout the world.
