Criteria CaixaCorp successfully uses Scytls secure platform during its first AGM

Criteria CaixaCorp successfully used Scytl’s secure platform to carry out remote electronic vote and delegation during its first shareholders’ meeting last June, thus complying with the recommendations of the Aldama Law about transparency and good government. Scytl’s technologic platform allows remote electronic vote delegation in an easy and secure way, transmitting trust to the shareholder as he/she receives a digitally signed receipt that allows him/her to verify that his/her vote was correctly counted.
